To find a valid question to this problem statement, the problem statement will be subdivided into six questions. It is important to have a good insight in the eWOM theory therefore the first question will function as an introduction.

  • 2. What are the determinants of eWOM?
  • 3. How does eWOM influences the purchase intentions and opinion of the receiver?
  • 4. How does the receiver's motivation influences the processing of information?
  • 5. How does the receiver's opportunity influences the process of information?
  • 6. How does the receiver's ability influences the process of information?
