In this research I propose the following problem statement:
To find a valid question to this problem statement, the problem statement will be subdivided into six questions. It is important to have a good insight in the eWOM theory therefore the first question will function as an introduction.
- 1. What is eWOM?
- 2. What are the determinants of eWOM?
- 3. How does eWOM influences the purchase intentions and opinion of the receiver?
- 4. How does the receiver's motivation influences the processing of information?
- 5. How does the receiver's opportunity influences the process of information?
- 6. How does the receiver's ability influences the process of information?
